Changelog

Every SIMCOAI release and what changed. Documentation is updated alongside each entry, so if a feature appears here it is documented.

Dashboard interaction polish

A run of small dashboard fixes and interaction improvements, all visible immediately with no setup required.

  • The booking timetable no longer flickers when you switch weeks, and add-on details are readable in light mode.
  • Light mode across the dashboard is fixed end to end, and switching views transitions smoothly with an optional soft confirmation sound.
  • The guided tour now points at the actual control it is describing, and a few "go to billing" links that only closed a popup now go to billing.
  • Order, refund and booking emails sent to your own customers now match your business branding instead of generic styling.
  • A caller who had not yet named a service could occasionally be offered a time that was not really free — fixed.

Sign-in: GitHub and explicit account linking

GitHub joins Google as a sign-in option, and connecting a new sign-in method to an existing account now requires an explicit confirmation step.

  • Sign in with GitHub, alongside Google and email and password.
  • Signing in with a new provider no longer links automatically to an existing account with the same email — you confirm the connection first, from Security → Connected accounts.
  • The sign-in page no longer visibly resizes itself a moment after loading.

Zapier app: sign in instead of pasting a key, four new actions

The SIMCOAI Zapier app now connects with a sign-in flow, and covers more of what happens on your account.

  • Connecting Zapier is a sign-in, not an API key to copy and paste.
  • The app can log bookings, refunds and escalations as well as orders.
  • A search-by-record bug present since launch — silently returning an error — is fixed.

Stronger encryption for stored credentials

Every credential SIMCOAI holds on your behalf is now encrypted with a modern, authenticated cipher, managed by a dedicated secrets store rather than plain configuration.

Live call quality and workflow visibility

Call quality signals and workflow outcomes are now visible on every call in the live monitor.

  • First reply latency, caller turns, interim results, interrupt count, who ended the call and the finish reason now appear on each call.
  • Interruption handling is stated in plain English — when SIMCOAI cancels an out-of-date reply after an interruption, the call says so.
  • Workflow outcomes appear inline in the transcript, with secure proof-upload actions when a channel has been issued.
  • New documentation: Call Quality Signals and Verification Codes. A dedicated Live Call Monitor guide is in progress.

Documentation restructure

The documentation was reorganised around a full information architecture with a published backlog.

  • New sections for Phone and voice, Workflows, Integrations and API, and Support.
  • New pages: Quickstart Checklist, Glossary, API Authentication, Webhooks.
  • Every page now carries TechArticle structured data and consistent navigation.
How this works

Kept current on every release

This page is generated from the same source as the documentation navigation. When a release adds a feature, its entry here and its guide are written together.

Every release

Features that ship get a changelog entry and a documentation page in the same change.

Linked

Entries link directly to the guides they affect so you can go straight to the detail.
