The receptionist checks saved changes before reusing business reference information during a phone conversation. Edited, unpublished or deleted entries refresh on the next lookup.
Expired AI memories are left out of the reference information prepared for new answers.
Reference information follows saved changes
When an active phone conversation reuses loaded business articles and AI memories, it now checks whether the saved references have changed. Edits, publication changes and deletions cause those references to be loaded again on the next lookup.
Expired AI memories are excluded when reference information is prepared for new phone and chat answers. Their expiry is checked even when no one has edited the memory.
Keeping the conversation moving
Unchanged reference text can still be reused. These checks help an ongoing conversation work from current saved information without rereading every article in full on every turn.
Scheduling, business settings, enabled instructions and caller identity remain subject to their separate checks. These changes refresh loaded reference information; they do not guarantee the accuracy of every answer or establish a measured improvement in audible call latency.
