AI and phone access checks now use current saved subscription and plan-feature eligibility. Suspended accounts are explicitly blocked at these checks.
Turning off renewal still preserves eligible access for the current period. A failed account check does not grant access.
Account changes apply to new checks
AI requests and phone entry checks now read current saved subscription and feature eligibility instead of reusing an earlier eligibility decision. A subscription or feature change can therefore apply at the next check.
These checks explicitly block suspended accounts. If account information cannot be checked, the request is not granted access on the strength of an earlier decision.
Current-period access is preserved
Scheduled cancellation at the end of a billing period does not immediately remove otherwise eligible access. Current subscription rules and the saved billing state continue to determine eligibility.
The change applies when a new access check runs. It does not promise to end every request or call already in progress at the instant an account changes.
